Amaltas Phali is very useful in stool, biliousness, skin diseases and inflammation of the throat. Dry seeds of Amaltas Phali produce marked hypoglycaemic activity. Amaltas Phali is also used for bleeding, wounds, colic and urinary disorders. It is used to herbal medicine.

Dose: Take one Amaltas Phali (Cassia Fistula piece). Divide it in small pieces (4 to 5). Dip it in Water for at least 24 hours. Mash its white side with Spoon or knife. Take Fennel seeds and soak them overnight. Mix the Amaltas mix in the fennel seeds water. Warm it slightly and enjoy this herbal Tea. You can add honey as per your taste, if needed.
