Domestic Shipping Policy

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders of ₹499 or more.
3. Delivery Locations
- We currently deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes.
- If your location is unserviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

7. Liability & Wrong Deliveries

Situations Beyond Our Liability
1.Misappropriation or Damage by the Recipient
- If the recipient at the provided shipping address misappropriates, mishandles, or intentionally damages the package after delivery, Neel Ayurvedics will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
- Once the order has been successfully delivered as per the tracking information from our courier partners, any claims regarding misuse or damage caused by the recipient will not be entertained.
2.Acceptance by an Unauthorized Person
- Our courier partners deliver orders to the specified shipping address, but they are not responsible for verifying the identity of the individual accepting the package.
- If an unauthorized person (e.g., neighbor, building security, or any other individual) accepts the delivery posing as the intended recipient, Neel Ayurvedics cannot be held responsible for any loss, misplacement, or misuse of the package.
- Customers are advised to provide a secure and reliable delivery address where they or an authorized person can personally receive the order.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address before placing an order.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for an alternative authorized person to accept the package.
- If a package is delivered to an incorrect person due to miscommunication, absence of the recipient, or misleading delivery instructions, Neel Ayurvedics will not issue a refund or replacement.
Steps to Prevent Wrong Deliveries
To avoid any issues with delivery, we recommend:

- Tracking your shipment regularly and ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated timeframe.
- Contacting the courier service immediately if you suspect that your package may have been misdelivered.

- If a product is unavailable, we will notify the customer to:
